How good does this look?!

The World Cuisine spiralizer comes with 3 different blades. I think this is a great feature to be able to switch out the blades for various noodle thicknesses ( you can make flat and wide lasagna noodles vs. thin spaghetti noodles). This model is also really affordable (considering some stainless steel models cost $200+), but I'm a little concerned it may not be as sturdy. I hope it's a worthwhile purchase!
If you're interested in making raw pasta, look at KaliLilla's video demonstration to see how easy it is to grate and slice your veggies into angel hair noodles. The second demonstration is similar to the one I purchased today.
Bonus: this wonderfully useful gadget also gives you an old fashioned arm workout :)

To be honest, I think my husband may kill me once I confess to buying a new appliance that has to find a home somewhere in our tiny galley NYC kitchen...but I hope I can make it up to him once I make him some fresh zucchini pesto pasta.
Have any of you ever used a spiralizer before?? Do share....
